Do you only work in Benoni?
Eticon is based in Benoni and primarily serves the East Rand, Johannesburg, and broader Gauteng. We do consider projects outside Gauteng on a project-by-project basis, where the scope and budget make sense (generally no flight-dependent locations).
What types of projects are a good fit for Eticon?
Do you take on small “one-trade” jobs (tiling-only / plaster-only)?

Are you NHBRC registered?
Yes. Eticon is NHBRC registered. The NHBRC exists to protect housing consumers and regulate standards in the home-building industry.
Does a new house need to be enrolled with the NHBRC?

Can you handle the plans and council approval process?
Yes. Eticon coordinates design and submissions through trusted architect partners and manages the approvals process with the relevant municipality. Municipal plan submission typically requires professionally drawn plans and supporting documentation.

How long will my renovation or new build take?
Timeframes depend on location, scope, complexity, approvals, and finishes. After the initial site visit and scoping, Eticon will provide a realistic timeline aligned to the agreed scope.
